I checked with Stefan at Trek, to see what he could tell me about their police bikes. He mentioned to me that some of their biggest customers include the New York City Police Department, the Los Angeles Police Department, and the Chicago Police Department. Apparently, they are widely regarded as the premier model on the market.

He also mentioned that he will be attending The International Police Mountain Bike Association (IPMBA) annual convention in Baton Rouge, LA in about a month. Can’t wait to see what stories he’ll have to share.
