Rather than sit inside and write, I’ve been spending time in the scorching sun, working on all the landscaping projects around my house.
Now that my readership is at an all-time low, and my lawn is nearly dead from this ridiculous heat, I am letting common sense prevail. I will take some time out each day to enjoy the solitude (not to mention the much cooler air) of my home office. I will track down rumors, think up some good interview questions for interesting people in the industy, test that bike repair stand that has been leaning against my desk for months, and make snarky comments about celebrities.
